MICHAEL J. PALEUDIS is Of Counsel to Taylor Colicchio LLP. He is also a partner Member of the Paleudis Law Firm, LLC. Born in Cleveland Ohio on October 11, 1975, he graduated from Emerson College in 1998 and obtained his J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2005. Mr. Paleudis is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Paleudis’ practice focuses primarily on hospitality and alcoholic beverage related clients. He has represented hundreds of bars, restaurants, hotels, and breweries throughout the States of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. While his practice is focused in the area of alcoholic beverage licensing, Mr. Paleudis regularly negotiates commercial leases, contracts, partnership agreements as well as advising his clients on matters of corporate governance.
